I'm so excited for this whole university thing that's fast approaching, but seeing a course I want and then seeing I need a highschool course I'm not taking is making me so stressed. D: I either need to switch a course next semester to take it if it's even offered, or come back for an extra semester (in which case I'll only be in the school for an hour). But is that a better idea? Take that one class I'd need, work the rest of the day, and maybe travel a bit? Fuck man, I dunno. I'll tour the university in question, and ask them about it...I guess.

I just needed to get that off my chest/into type. *sighs*


I picked this up from and because I think it's adorable. I encourage anyone who reads this to take part! I'm not really expecting anything myself, but I want to give to some others who are partaking. I love this idea, I really hope it gains a lot of interest! <3

STEP ONE
Make a post to your DA journal. The post should contain your list of ten holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a ______ icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("all I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV."). The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.

Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your DA or link to this post so that the holiday joy will spread.

STEP TWO
Surf around your friends list (or friends' friends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now, here's the important part:

If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use -- do it.

You need not spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf -- to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not -- it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Give, and you might receive. and you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

THE LIST

Dear Santa....I haven't written anything like this since I was little, I gotta say I miss it. ;} I must say I really miss getting little presents at Christmas. Last year I only received a bit of money. Even if the gift is small, if it's from the heart I think it means more than money.

This year, I wish for....

1. My family to start getting along. We aren't in dire straits, but every day is an argument, and I feel like it's getting worse. It's nothing that can be solved by writing this but I'm writing it anyway. >:

2. Some new Copic markers, mine have almost all died. Pale colours especially.

3. Anything Evangelion. Anything. I love this series, it's very dear to me for reasons I can't explain. Eva Revoltechs are especially amazing~

4. Pokemon Cards *dorkdorkdork*

5. Pictures of Konig. ;] Maybe selfish, but I especially adore traditional stuff since I love getting stuff in the mail. = 3=
